At time when you are devastated that your home is ruined, Moshe and his crew were compassinate, professional and expeditiously cleaned up the mess. Moshe immediately knew how much damage we had and quickly provided the proposal and got to work. We had worked with other remediators who were awful. Hands down Moshe is the best.

Moshe truly saved the day. My husband and I had a fire in our apartment over Labor Day Weekend and were so worried that no one would be able to help us repair the damage as soon as possible. Moshe’s crew arrived on Monday (within 24 hours of the fire) of the holiday weekend and spent hours here wiping down our room and removing the washer & dryer units that had caused the fire. Moshe additionally let us keep the air purifier for a few extra days to guarantee we could start sleeping in our bedroom again as soon as possible. Moshe checked in throughout the week and told us which next steps we’d need to take in order to make our bedroom livable again (such as removing the carpet, re-painting, etc.) We are so grateful for the speed he was willing to help and for truly making our tragedy a priority.

When we moved into our new house, we found mold in the basement. The developer refused to help, and we were fairly nervous. Moshe and his team supported us through the full process -- testing, remediation, and final approval. They were honest, thorough, and professional at all times. They helped turn what was a scary situation into a positive experience.

These guys are amazing. I'm just speechless! Our building suffered from next door fire, and obviously our building have damages. They came the next day amd left the apartment sparklers! All the debris were gone, the windows and roof temporary fixed. I'll let the before and after pics talk for themselves. The best in the business hands down.

Frequently Asked Questions

Mold is a fungus that can grow both inside and out. While no one knows precisely how many different kinds of molds exist, some estimates put the number at three hundred thousand! Mold thrives in damp environments with high humidity levels- which means you’ll find it mostly anywhere from your kitchen cupboard to outside on grassy areas near water sources like lakes or riversides.

Mold is not just one color. It can be any combination of brown, greenish gray, or yellow with black pepper-like specks throughout its surface to give it an appearance like leathery skin.

Though it may seem like a good idea to use bleach when cleaning up mold, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) advise against this because bleaching can kill off any live cells present in your home’s HVAC system or other places where there are visible spores. Dead mold still has adverse effects on those who are inside of its territory since they’ll be exposed both emotionally and physically as well! Soap will do more than enough work at washing away unwanted dirt from surfaces–allowing you time outside scrubbing too if needed.

It can grow nearly anywhere with enough moisture and perfect conditions. Each mold species has its optimum pH balance which may vary depending on where they live- from very acidic to Basic (alkaline). However, all molds require either warm or cool temperatures along side humidifying over 75%.

The human body is home to around 20% of people who are sensitive enough that even small amounts will make them sick. However, the rest can still experience an increased level if they’re exposed for too long in high-concentration areas with Mold present.

Mold is not an isolated incident. You should have your home or business inspected by someone trained in mold remediation to address the problem, and then it will be treated during this process too.

Stachybotrys chartarum is a type of mold that thrives in moist environments and can be found on items such as building materials, carpeting wallpaper wood. This particular black fungus loves water so much that it only grows when they have high fiber content like on carpets or wet walls.

Mold is a fungus that can grow quickly and form spores in as little time at 12 hours. The conditions need to be just right for this process, which may take 24-48 Hours with favorable environmental factors present – like moisture or high temperatures (85°+).

The ideal humidity level for your home is 45 to 50%. To achieve this, make sure you have an AC or dehumidifier in place and that there’s plenty of ventilation throughout the house. It’s also recommended not to use anything with water inside when it comes time to fix leaks since these provide a perfect environment for mold growth as well! You can prevent all sorts of problems by following these simple steps: Take care about keeping clothes dryers ventilated outside (away from walls), and throw away furniture/carpets saturated after Advisories apply.
